This Department is responsible for all Enquiries and to act as an Operator between Customers and Departments. They are also accountable for Creating Tickets, Liaising with Customers and our Agents, Capturing Information, Updating Records and Generating Reports.

 Sales Department

This Department is responsible for attending to Customer RFP's and RFQ's, Actively Promoting and Marketing our Products and Services, Capturing Information, Updating Records and Generating Reports.

 Support Department

This Department is responsible for attending to Customer and Departmental Technical Requests, Project Management, Capturing Information, Updating Records and Generating Reports.
